organic carrots

large head organic cauliflower

tbsps. organic unsalted butter

pinch salt

Cut carrots into 2” chunks. Break cauliflower down into small florets.

Cover carrots with water in a large pot and cook until al dente, about 3 Minutes.

Add cauliflower and cook until soft, about 7 Minutes.

Remove excess cooking liquid until 2” are left.

Add butter and salt to the pot and puree, adding reserved cooking liquid as needed to reach desired consistency.

Serve warm.
