cups organic red lentils

cup organic yellow onion, diced

cups organic cauliflower, broken down into florets

tsps. organic ginger, grated

tsps. organic garlic, minced

tbsp. organic cilantro, chopped

cup organic coconut milk

tsps. organic curry powder

tsps. organic garam masala

tsps. organic ground turmeric

tsps. salt

tsps. organic black pepper

Soak the lentils for 30 Minutes.

Dry sauté onions in a medium pot. Stir frequently and add water in small quantities if needed to keep from burning.

Once onions are soft, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 Minutes, making sure the lentils are tender.

Garnish with more cilantro and serve hot.
