We try to fulfill as many requests as possible, and we ask you to please acknowledge our donation as best you can through your organization, to your members, and during your event.

• Complete and submit the form below. You will receive an email confirming it’s been submitted.
• If approved, you will receive an email with pick-up instructions.
• Your request will receive an email response within 30 days. After that time, you may reach out to Jessica Hurtado via email for a status update at jessica.h@genatural.com. (We suggest adding her to your contacts to help deliverability of our response.)
